  Summary

Want an easy way to keep yourself organized? Eliminate paper agendas by using the task manager in FirstClass to organize the details of your personal and project tasks.
  Example

Michael Green has a lot of tasks on his plate. He is the manager of Sales and Marketing at Husky Planes, so not only does he have to manage his own projects, he also has to keep track of the status of his employees' projects. To accomplish this, he uses the task manager located in his FirstClass personal calendar.

From here, he sees at a glance what tasks he has to do. He uses color to differentiate between the types of tasks. Personal tasks are orange, work tasks that he performs himself are yellow, and tasks that his employees will perform are blue. He also has a seminar coming up, so all related seminar tasks are pink.
When he opens each task, he sees when the task starts, when it is due, the priority level, any reminders he has set, the current state of the task, and when the task was completed.

He also generates reminders for the task and attaches relevant documentation.
  More information

Overdue tasks
When a task is overdue, its color changes to red.

Completed tasks
When a task's status changes to Completed, a red line is put through the task and it moves to the bottom of the list. The task will show up Completed in his calendar on the appropriate day, and it will disappear from the task list the next day.
